1) "View" window - Vacuum Insulated Energy Window. U value = 0.03, Insulating value, R = 35 - 45. This window glass will add a new dimension to architecture by having a window that has an insulating (R) value nearly as high as the typical wall.
Approx. 33% of the average heat and cooling cost is related to transfer of heat through the windows. The proper orientation of these "view" windows can completely eliminate the heating and cooling cost of the average home.

2) "UBS" Unified Building System - Integrates all the individual systems of a home into one unified whole system that provides:

4) Carefree self-regulating Greenhouse - Provides enough Life-force foods to feed the entire family requiring less that 15 hours per month to harvest and maintain.    "Sculptcrete" Homes - A Multi Dimensional, multi functional healthy home Design, Construction, and Location. An artist can replicate a sculpture by constructing a reusable mold from the original sculpture and duplicating many replicas at a fraction of the original cost.   We designed a casting system that brings a whole new dimension to the construction industry. We can cast huge 3-D Wall Structures that are several feet thick; can have almost any desirable surface finish, color or texture and incorporate many functional features.
   We can simulate walls that appear as polished granite or marble or even native stone, brick or rustic old logs. . We can cast walls and ceilings that are unique sculptures - sculptures with inlays, cavities, reliefs, coves, alcove, engravings, portrait-sculptures, cameos, pocket nooks, statuary reliefs, etc. etc... The 3-D walls can contain: deep door archways; unusual shaped deep window openings and clearstory windows; Deep recesses for statues; bookshelves; computer desks; recessed lighting, wall sconces, Sculptural displays; Even - rock fireplace, huge water fountains, large recesses with natural lighting for trees, flowers, gardens, and large built-in fish tanks, aquariums, and terrariums; and even indoor/outdoor glass nooks for wild animals, birds and pets. The walls and ceilings, contain all plumbing, electrical, communication, heating and cooling and air purifying systems - piping, chasing, boxes, control panels, and recessed fixtures including mounting brackets, boxes and floor anchors, etc etc.... The interior and exterior surfaces are of specially formulated and applied high density, high strength concretes that are colored and/or stained to achieve any desired finish, texture, and appearance.
The core of the walls, contain the necessary concrete structural columns, rebar and cross members for required structural integrity. The central core consist of specially formulated light-weight insulating concrete. The average R value of a typical wall ranges from about 35 - 45. The walls are water proof, fire proof, insect an rodent proof, will not rot, decay or support mold, mildew, fungus, or termites. The walls will never require painting, upkeep, sealants or any maintenance - wall surfaces actually beautify with age. All Castcrete structures use only materials and sealants that are formulated with only inert materials that do not out-gas any toxic compounds or plasticizers, and the entire building can be designed to not interfere with the harmonic resonances between the planet and the human life force.

Bio Structured Water - If you take two healthy individually potted plants placed side by side and water one with tap water and one with Structured water, the one watered with Structured water will grow much faster and be much healthier than the plant watered with regular water.
